Angry Conversations With God hits store shelves today!

Today is the day I've been waiting for, for some time. And it's kinda surreal.

Never while writing did I think I was saying too much, being too open or too vulnerable. I felt like I was just telling the truth. Judging by the way people responded to my writing, or hearing me read/perform, it was a good kind of vulnerable.

But today I'm thinking, "WHAT ON EARTH HAVE I DONE?" I've picked up on one or two stray words of fellows and have second guessed myself.

I think it's probably "opening night jitters."

Anyway, I wrote the book that was in me. And you can get it, starting tomorrow! At a bookstore or website near you.

Actually, there are several dozen bloggers who are blogging about my book, between now and March 20. Many of them are going to give away free copies on their blogs! Check 'em out here...

Hi, Susan! I just finished the book and I LOVED it! I will definitely keep my eye out for your book signings/one woman shows and....guest appearances at Quantum Leap Conventions...? What the heck?! Love you, love your show!

I also loved your book--I think it was exactly what I needed at this point--THANK YOU. If anything it kicks me in the pants to figure out what I do need. :) Your insights were great and best of all it was FUN to read. Maybe you "can't make a living acting" and writing comedy, but Les was right, you're a great writer. And a great wit. Keep it coming, ma'am! :D And of course, good luck, and God bless you!

Hi Susan,

I cannot tell you enough how much I loved your book. This is the first time I've ever written an author because a book resonated with me so much. I don't know how many books I've read in the past year in my journey to walk closer to God. Each time I've looked for a book where I could say "Aha! Finally someone that wrote a lot of the thoughts I've had but actually had the guts to do it!" Your story rang so true to me. You really are a great inspiration and this was a Godsend of a book for me as I am struggling with the same issues being single, in NYC and trying to live/find the life God wants for me. I look forward to seeing your next written work!

Thank you and God Bless!

PS. I saw part of your video and had no idea that you went to Prince of Peace in the OC, I went there in grade school too but got out of there before 3rd grade! I was laughing hysterically because I totally remember what you were talking about with the images of nice Jesus all over the walls.

Hi, Susan. I just finished your book and it struck such a chord with me. Thank you so much for giving middle class white girls a voice. I recently dropped out of a Celebrate Recovery group because I didn't feel like my issues were "signficant." I'm going back thanks to you. Lynne C., Dallas, TX

Hey Susan! I kind of devoured your book last night. It was like my mom's meatloaf and potatoes; you know, comfort food?

I am still in my "Dark Night of the Soul", but I think I'm starting to see some light and some sense of Jesus is stirring around my heart.

I did a very subjective personalized review of it on my blog: http://www.moms-night-out.blogspot.com/ Would love for you to read it if you could...in any event,
Thanks for being real and spilling your innermost guts out for us. Yay YOU!!

Hi Susan! I picked up your book this weekend and am loving it so far! I want to write a book but haven't quite worked up the courage or past the procrastination to get started. I'll be posting a review of your book on my blog as soon as I am done. God Bless!!
