Spinal Tap and The Office propelled the mockumentary comedy style to new popularity. So I got hired to do some short films for Cisco Systems. Here, my friend Tim Washer and I play husband and wife going in marriage counseling. There will be more episodes to come, but here are the first three.
Meet Don (improvised)
Meet Rhonda (improvised)
Counseling Session One (partially scripted)

Hilarious Susan!
Wow - this is cool for two reasons: 1) that you must have gotten this gig since I saw you last week so that's exciting, and even better still B) it made me finally take the time to find my Blogger account info so I can leave snarky comments here under my own name and not the world famous "annonymous" psuedonym that I always end up having to use!
It's interesting how life imitates art - I'm pretty sure I recognize some of the stories you "improvized" here - hey, I'm a musician, I have "licks" I use too! ;-)
these are truly funny. truly.
You should, like, try to do acting full time or something. That was brilliant.
Bravo.
love it!
Susan. I've read your blog a few times and I think you're really funny. Keep it up.
Thanks, Leo!
You crack me up! I can't wait to meet you in person (and no, I'm not some freaky stalker... just a friend of Lori's).
Keep it up, keep it up!
